Liber\u00e1ln\u011b-konzervativn\u00ed akademie (LKA) byla zalo\u017eena v\u00a0roce 1999 pod p\u016fvodn\u00edm n\u00e1zvem CEVRO jako neziskov\u00e1 organizace na podporu rozvoje demokracie v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice i ve sv\u011bt\u011b. B\u011bhem let LKA vyvinulo \u0159adu program\u016f politick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, podpory demokracie a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed role demokratick\u00fdch l\u00eddr\u016f, politick\u00fdch stran a neziskov\u00fdch organizac\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n
Tis\u00edce politik\u016f z\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a v\u00edce jak pades\u00e1ti zem\u00ed sv\u011bta se z\u00fa\u010dastnili v\u00a0minulosti na\u0161ich program\u016f. Od roku 1999 jsme uspo\u0159\u00e1dali stovky semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f, konferenc\u00ed, workshop\u016f a v\u00fdm\u011bnn\u00fdch st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. V roce 2018 jsme se tedy, spolu s Nadac\u00ed Konrada Adenauera a Pedagogickou fakultou Masarykovy univerzity, rozhodli p\u0159ipravit publikace, kter\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017eou zkvalitnit ob\u010dansk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na druh\u00e9m stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol a v\u00edcelet\u00fdch gymn\u00e1zi\u00edch.
